Consultation
Your experience with Perspective Construction & Contracting, LLC. begins with an in-home consultation. We believe this to be one of the most important steps of the whole process. This is where a relationship between client and contractor begins, and where trust and confidence in our abilities are built.
During this meeting we will discuss and outline the specifics of the proposed project to be bid. We will listen to any ideas or questions that you may have, and make suggestions that may aid in the process. We will also take any measurements and inspect all areas of importance that will be needed in drafting an accurate estimate.
Estimate
A proper estimate should contain everything you need to know to make an educated decision on what company provides the best value for your dollar spent. This does not always mean the lowest estimate. Instead you need to look at the whole body at work. Here are some important questions to ask yourself when deciding on what Omaha remodeling contractor to hire.
1- Does the estimate give you a detailed breakdown of what is being bid?
Our line item estimates describe in detail what the scope of the work will be. This way you know exactly what is included so there is no confusion later.
2- Does the company have proper insurance and licensing?
We are fully insured and licensed. All of our estimates include a copy of our liability insurance policy certificate and our contractor registration certificate from the State of Nebraska.
3- Does the company have the proper education & training in construction, and knowledge of the building process?
The State of Nebraska does not require a contractor to have proper education and training in building construction to be a registered contractor. This ultimately makes it your responsibility to make sure a contractor is qualified to be working on your home.
The owner of Perspective Construction & Contracting, LLC. not only has many years of experience on the job and in the field, but also has a degree in Construction Management.
4- Does a company use the proper licensed professionals in each specific trade?
All work that requires a specialized tradesmen is preformed by a proper licensed professional in that field.
5- Do you feel comfortable with who your working with?
Perspective Construction & Contracting, LLC. understands that when hiring a contractor, one thing a homeowner is looking for is someone that they feel comfortable with and trust having in their home. One of our main priorities is to make a positive first impression with our clients and to build a professional trusting relationship.
6- Does the company offer any warranty?
Every project we do has a specific warranty that is laid out in detail with the projects contract.
7- Does the company require a deposit before they start?
In most cases Perspective Construction & Contracting, LLC. does not require a deposit before the start of a project. A payment schedule is outlined with-in the contract.
Contract
One of the most unpleasant experiences in home remodeling is high pressure, strong arm sales tactics to try to get you to sign a contract. You can rest assure that we do not resort to these types of tactics, and strongly disagree with these practices.
Perspective Construction & Contracting, LLC. understands that making an improvement to your home can be a big investment and might take some time to make decision. Our goal is to provide you with everything you need to make this decision as easy as possible. We would love to have you business but not at the expense of bad business practices.
Once a contract is agreed to and signed, the price does not change. The only exception is if a change order is issued for work not specified in the original contract agreement.
Execution of Job
Once a contract is issued, you are given an approximate start date and a construction schedule that follows to the end of you project.

After a job is complete a walk through is performed and final clean up is done.
We move out and you move in !
